Terms of Service

GENERAL

Accepting your commission. I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.
Payment from client. Basically, payment is made in advance.
Production begins. Submission of color roughs.
Coloring
Final check and delivery (PSD and PNG)

Revisions are free of 3 times.
Recommend that you give us detailed instructions in advance and inform us of any major revisions at the rough draft stage.
If there are major changes that require going back in the process, such as significant pose or costume changes after the color rough draft has been created, additional charges may apply.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the type of commission and the volume of requests being worked on. (This can be 2-8 weeks for illustrations and 4-8 weeks for character designs.)
If you have a deadline, please indicate the date on the request form.

All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.
Clients can use my commission art on social media or streams. (X, Instagram, TikTok, Twtich, YouTube, etc)
A commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising. Please contact me with details such as what kind of merchandise you would like to use the image for.

Refunds

The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled.
If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.
Refunds will not be made unless an agreement is made.

*Note: Post-payment or installment payments are not accepted. No refunds will be given (unless I'm unable to finish it due to personal issues).*
